The KDM5A/HOXA5 axis regulates osteosarcoma progression in mice by activating the Wnt/β-catenin pathway. We constructed a mouse osteosarcoma model by implanting transduced osteosarcoma cells with lentiviruses carrying shRNA constructs targeting KDM5A (sh-KDM5A), HOXA5 (sh-HOXA5), or a non-targeting control (sh-NC) into immunocompromised mice, selecting subcutaneous tumor implantation.
