From: The KDM5A/HOXA5 axis regulates osteosarcoma progression via activating the Wnt/β-catenin pathway

HOXA5 overexpression inhibited osteosarcoma cell proliferation and migration, and promoted apoptosis via inhibiting Wnt/β-catenin pathway. pcDNA3.1-HOXA5 was transfected into MNNG and MG63 cells for HOXA5 overexpression, pcDNA3.1-NC served as the negative control.
