Downregulation of DAZAP1 inhibited the proliferation of PC cells through ferroptosis. Following the transfection of PANC-1 cells with si-NC and si-DAZAP1 plasmids, ferroptosis inhibitors (Ferrostatin-1 or Liproxstatin-1), necroptosis inhibitor (Necrostatin-1), and pan caspase apoptosis inhibitor (Z-VAD–FMK) were individually added for intervention.
