The orthopantomogram above depicts our patient who was diagnosed with Ewing sarcoma in the right mandible. In the two MRI images below, the extent of the tumor is evident, ranging from the subcutaneous tissue to the pharynx, infiltrating the masseter and pterygoid muscles in close proximity to the carotid vessels
