MCP value for CIS is 1.7 - 2.5 μg/mL (left panel) and MCP value for CPT is 20 - 35 μg/mL (right panel). Cross-resistance between CIS and CPT is displayed by increased IC50 values for both agents in cell lines UM-SCC 10A and 8029 DDP.
